Tasting Notes: Citrus, orange peel and blackberry, slightly tart.Aroma: Caramel, brown sugar. Acidity: Medium-high. Body: Medium. Altitude: 1,500-1,900 metres. This high altitude provides ideal growing conditions for coffee plants. High altitude allows the beans to ripen more slowly, contributing to the development of more intense and complex aromas. Harvest Period: Fly Crop, April-June 2024.
