Description
This coffee, processed at the washing station belonging to Wete Ambela Coffee Export PLC, located at an altitude of 2050 metres in Ethiopia's Yirgacheffe region, is sourced from endemic coffee varieties harvested from surrounding farms.Processed using the washed method. After being hand-picked, the beans are soaked in water for 48 hours and finally dried for 18-21 days on African-style beds. It offers a complex taste with chestnut and rosehip aromas and a fruity flavour. Enjoy!
